| The winery
covers 70 hectares in the municipality of
Gorgo al Monticano.
Its soils are a well-balanced mixture of
sand, lime and clay with a moderate content
of organic substances. They have excellent
cation exchange and are rich in active lime.
The climate is influenced by closeness to
the sea and the mountains, which mitigate
the summer heat and encourage nocturnal
and late summer brezes, gently allowing
grapes to ripen and their flavour to develop.
