10 according to the vintage.
Wine-Making process: Skinless with
soft pressing and 70% maximum output.
Foaming-process: In autoclave, Charmat
method.
Tasting quality: Color: straw yellow
with golden reflections. The hill morphology,
combined with the sunny exposure and the
special microclimate, makes this wine extremely
elegant in its structure and refined in
flavor. The careful foaming-process enhances
all these characteristics.
What to savor it with: A remarkable
wine for desserts, it can be relished any
time you like and it is suitable for occasions.
