GRAPPA MADE WITH PINOT WINE

Species of vine: Pinot Grigio

Method of distillation: discontinuous with direct vapour in Camboni type copper boilers.

Alcoholic content: 42% vol.

Bouquet: fine and intense flowery bouquet with hints of dried fruit, full velvety taste with notes that are typical of the original vine.

Serving temperature: 10 - 11 °C.
