Useful information: Red Grapes originating in Bordeaux, the bunches have few grapes. They are of average size and have thin skin. Thanks to the early mellowing, it is also suitable to be grown in rigorous climates. It is usually the inseparable companion of the more austere and aristocratic cabernet sauvignon, together with Cabernet Franc in the so-called Bordeaux blending. We have decided to produce it pure to pay homage to Villa Brunesca's traditional view of Merlot. That is why we have chosen lands capable of retaining humidity and being characterized by high density of planted vines in order to obtain top-quality grapes from "Vigna Mora" vine, which gives a kind of Merlot of international blending with the characteristic fruity fragrances.
