PROSECCO EXTRA DRY DOC VALDOBBIADENE [ sparking wine ]

Name: Prosecco Doc Valdobbiadene.

Varietal Composition: 100% Prosecco.

Production area: Area Doc Conegliano Valdobbiadene.

Soil: Clay calcareous hills.

Climate: Mediterranean - cool.

Ripening: 20 September -10 October.

Wine-Making process: Skinless with soft pressing and 70% maximum output.

Foaming-process: Charmat method.

How to keep it: Store it in a cool place at temperature not above 15°C. To be preferably tasted within the year of production and, in any case, never after two years.

Tasting quality: White sparkling wine form Prosecco grapes and processed in autoclave according to Charmat method. It is the highest quality wine from among Prosecco Sparkling wines. The harmonious and elegant structure combines with a delicate perfume: The freshness and fragrance of this wine, together with the fine and persisting pearl-like quality make it suitable for all occasions.

Which temperature to serve it at: 6 – 8 °C.
