Wine-making
process: A short 2-month maceration
and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats
at a given, checked, temperature. 3-month
maturation on the noble dregs.
Color: Rose-cherry red with ruby
nuances.
Bouquet: Delicately smelling, elegant
with gentle scents of red fruit, particularly
strawberry.
Flavor: Pleasant and fresh in your
mouth, thanks to the good degree of acidity
that characterizes the vine.
How to serve it: Serve it at 14/15°
C in glasses for white wine.
What to savor it with: Raboso Villa
Brunesca, thanks to the degreasing power
due to the good acid level, can be relished
with fish starters, such as mussel 'impepata'
or 'sarde in saor', stewed eels or other
baked fat fish and white meat.
Useful information: The name seems
to come from the tough character that the
substantial tastiness and astringent quality
give to this vine typical of Treviso's plain.
We have decided to propose a rose product
in order to emphasize the pleasant freshness
of this wine. |
